Before you install

• On macOS, the app is ad hoc signed, without an Apple developer identity. On first launch, macOS may refuse to open it: open System Settings, then Privacy & Security, and choose “Open Anyway”.
• The Windows installer is not signed: SmartScreen shows “unknown publisher” on first launch. Choose “More info”, then “Run anyway”.
• The Windows build hasn’t been tested on a physical Windows machine yet: expect rough edges.
• You need an Azure DevOps personal access token (PAT); the setup assistant guides you on first launch.
• For AI features, install and sign in to the claude CLI, or use Ollama. Without AI, the app still works and simply hides its AI features.
• Diffwright checks for updates at startup and every 6 hours, and only installs them when you click.
